These Terms and Conditions apply to the 100% Deposit Bonus Promotion ("the Promotion") offered by Land Prime.

The bonus is granted based on cumulative deposit amount, up to a maximum of JPY 50,000. Multiple deposits during the Promotion Period may be made to reach the maximum bonus amount.
2.1 The bonus is offered only to customers who pass the Company's designated review process. After a customer applies for the Promotion, a Company representative will manually process the approval. Customers should make their deposit into the bonus-dedicated account only after receiving notification of approval. Deposits made prior to approval are not eligible for the bonus and will not be applied retroactively.
2.2 The bonus applies only to the bonus-dedicated account type designated by the Company. USD accounts, Cent accounts, ECN accounts, and any other account type not designated by the Company are not eligible for this Promotion. The maximum leverage on the bonus-dedicated account is 500:1.
2.3 The Company will comprehensively review application details, registration information, KYC documents, connection information, deposit information, trading history, and any other information the Company deems necessary, and will determine approval based on this review. The Company is under no obligation to disclose the reasons for rejection, its review criteria, or the basis for its internal decisions.
2.4 The bonus-dedicated account may only be opened as a new account or an additional account. The bonus does not apply to existing accounts, and funds already deposited into existing accounts are not eligible for the bonus.
2.5 This bonus is limited to one account per person, one time only. Duplicate applications by the same individual, or by individuals determined to be the same person, are not permitted.
2.6 Additional Provision In determining whether an applicant is the same person, the Company may comprehensively review information including name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, IP address, connected device, deposit information, KYC documents, trading patterns, and any other information the Company reasonably deems necessary.
3.1 Once a customer has completed identity verification (KYC) and the Company's manual approval, and makes a deposit of at least the minimum deposit amount into the bonus-dedicated account via domestic bank transfer, 100% of the deposit amount will be granted as a bonus.
3.2 The maximum bonus grant per customer is JPY 50,000. Multiple deposits during the Promotion Period may be made to reach the maximum amount; however, the cumulative bonus amount may not exceed JPY 50,000, and no bonus will be granted on deposit amounts exceeding this cap.
3.3 The minimum deposit amount eligible for the bonus is JPY 15,000 per deposit. Deposits under JPY 15,000 are not eligible for the bonus.
3.4 The following deposit or fund transfer methods are not eligible for the bonus: a) Fund transfers via Land Wallet b) Transfers between accounts c) Deposits made under a third party's name d) Deposits for which the depositor's identity cannot be confirmed e) Fund transfers the Company deems inappropriate or circuitous f) Any deposit method other than domestic bank transfer
3.5 Once a deposit has been successfully credited, the bonus will generally be automatically credited to the MT4/MT5 account. However, the bonus may be delayed due to system maintenance, delays in deposit confirmation, review delays, or other causes. If the bonus is not credited properly, customers should contact Company customer support.
4.1 The bonus is granted as credit, not cash balance, and can be used as trading margin.
